Information från styrelsen 2022-12-05

Vi har uppmärksammat att samfällighetens elförbrukning har ökat under 2022. Vi har analyserat förbrukningen över dygnet och vår slutsats är att någon av samfällighetens medlemmar troligtvis laddar ett fordon i garagen. Förbrukningen ökar någon gång mellan 17–19 och pågår fram till 01–03 på natten, övrig tid är det en jämn förbrukning för belysningen i området.

Detta medför ökade kostnader för samfällighetens alla medlemmar. Vi vill därför informera om att våra garage inte är en plats att ladda privata elhybrider på.

Närmsta laddstation finns nere på Tuve torg. Styrelsen uppmanar alla att hjälpas åt att hålla koll och påtala för de som laddar att detta inte är okej.

Som vi tidigare informerat om finns det en hel del lagar och regler att ta hänsyn till när det gäller installation av laddstolpar i en samfällighetsförening. Vi i styrelsen tar tacksamt emot hjälp av en eller flera medlemmar som skulle kunna tänka sig att lägga tid på att forska mer kring eventuella laddstolpar på vår parkering. Information from the board 2022-12-05

We have noticed that the community's electricity consumption has increased in 2022. We have analyzed the consumption over the day and our conclusion is that one of the community's members is probably charging a vehicle in the garage. The consumption increases sometime between 5-7pm and lasts until 1-3am, the rest of the time there is an even consumption for the lighting in the area.

This entails increased costs for all members of the community. We therefore want to inform you that our garages are not a place to charge private electric hybrids.

The nearest charging station is down at Tuve torg. The board urges everyone to help each other to keep track and tell those who charge that this is not okay.

As we previously informed you, there are a lot of laws and regulations to take into account when it comes to installing charging posts in a community association. We on the board gratefully accept the help of one or more members who could consider spending time researching more about possible charging posts in our parking lot.
